The Agri-Food Processing Plant Poultry Slaughterhouse S.J., located in Uniszki Cegielnia, 200m from the Warsaw-Gdansk route, in a forested area, is a private company founded by two partners, Marek Kujawski and Andrzej Merchel, in 1993. From the start of its operations, the plant has been engaged in the slaughter and processing of scratching poultry of the species domestic chicken. Livestock for slaughter is transported to the plant using its own means of transport. To adapt the Plant to European Union requirements and to ensure the safety of the products offered by the Plant, the HACCP system was implemented in 2004. Approximately 160 people work at the plant, most of whom work in production positions. The recipients of carcasses and poultry parts are shops, wholesalers and processing plants throughout Poland. The plant also has permits to export carcasses and parts to third countries such as: the United Arab Emirates, Ghana, Congo, Benin, Uganda, Hong Kong. The primary aim of the activity of the Agri-Food Processing Plant Poultry Slaughterhouse is the production of carcasses, offal and poultry parts (fresh and frozen) of guaranteed quality and proper health safety. The safety of the products offered by the company is constantly monitored by detailed supervision over the production process.
